Delete in the app
Quickest — takes under a minute
- Open Penpus and go to your Profile
- Tap Settings, then Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Type your email address to confirm
- Tap Delete My Account

If you no longer have the app installed
Send a request to support@penpus.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account Deletion”.
Send email nowThis is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Make sure you want to proceed before requesting deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, posts and quiz history
- Your conversations and connections
- Saved content and preferences
- Account and settings history
